Viewing Enterprise Organizations

Enterprise organization are a grouping of merchant organizations with different Tax ID numbers. By accessing an enterprise organization, a partner can access these different organizations and locations all at once rather than having to individually access each merchant by switching home organizations. Enterprise organizations make accessing and managing merchant data easier for partners.

Use one of the following methods to view the details and hierarchy of an enterprise organization:

• Navigate to the Organizations Datagrid by clicking Organizations in the Dex main menu and then search for the organization by name or ID and/or select Enterprise on the Type filter dropdown field. After finding the desired enterprise organization, click the row on which its listed to view the Organization's Details Screen.
• Access the enterprise organization's home account and then click Organizations in the Dex main menu. Search for the organization by name or ID and/or select Enterprise on the Type filter dropdown field. After finding the desired enterprise organization, click the row on which its listed to view the Organization's Details Screen.

The following table displays what data each card on the Enterprise Organization's Details Screen displays:

Card/Tab	Parameter	Description
General	Status	The status of the enterprise organization. Supported values include the following: Active Suspended
	ID Number	The ID number of the enterprise organization.
	Display Name	The Doing Business As name of the enterprise organization.
	Legal Name	The legal name of the enterprise organization.
	Address	The physical address of the enterprise organization.
	Ownership Structure	The legal structure of the enterprise organization. The following options are supported: Sole Proprietor Partnership Limited Liability Company Non-Profit C-Corporation Publicly-Held Corporation Government/Public Sector Other S-Corporation
	Portfolio ID	The partner that owns the enterprise organization. When merchants are removed from enterprise organizations, they are placed directly under the partner's hierarchy.
Created On		The date when Forte created the enterprise organization.
Merchant Organizations		A list of merchants within the enterprise organization displayed in ascending order according to their organization ID.
